This actually wasn't supposed to be a redraw. I was making a new reference sheet for Blizard. But I really liked the way I drew him so much, I decided to take the image out and put into its own picture with Charizard. Since I did an image of these two before, Its pretty much a redrawing. The reference sheet will be uploaded someday, but i'm still working on it.
